Board Meeting Minutes - May 1, 2024

Board members in attendance: Hadar Ferris (chair), Kimberly Felton (secretary), Korrin Fyall (co-secretary), Heather Vergason (treasurer), Roxie Anderson (co-treasurer)

Hadar called the meeting to order at 7:57pm.  

Approval of minutes from 4/3/24: Hadar motioned to approve minutes. Heather seconded. Minutes approved.

UPDATES –  

SCS board mtg: May 15; Korrin representing PAC. 

2024-2025 calendar: Korrin has begun a PAC calendar. Available in PAC google drive. 

Approving new budget: Roxie/Heather will work on the budget; have it ready for next meeting. 

How to be reimbursed for summer expenditures? For expenditures in approved budget, submit receipts to PAC treasurer.
