Sherwood Charter School Parent Advisory Committee PAC Meeting – November 5, 2020 MINUTES Location: ZOOM meeting  Sherwood Charter School  23264 SW Main Street, Sherwood, OR 97140 Board Members in attendance: Jen Crosby, Roxie Anderson, Justin Seamans, Korrin Fyall, Tamara Potruch, and Brandon Kelly (6) Parents in attendance: Joe Whitehead, and Kathie Bowdain (2) Staff in attendance: Nora Stuckey, Joy Raboli (2) CALL TO ORDER- Meeting began at 6:33pm - Roxie Anderson opened the meeting with welcome and introductions. Roxie read the mission and H.E.A.R.T. skills.  Jen Crosby moved to approve the October 8, 2020 minutes and Justin Seamans seconded the minutes approved. Joy Raboli (Principal Corner) - The floor was open for questions for Mrs. Raboli but none were asked.  Mrs. Raboli was having technical issues and her microphone was not working.  Her responses to any future items during the meeting were via chat or telephone.   SCS PAC is running its first ever Art Contest! We would love to see your student's take on our theme: Sherwood Charter School , with art related to SCS, H.E.A.R.T. Skills, distance learning, etc. The Art Contest is open to all SCS students. There will be a winner in each age category: K-2, 3-5, and Middle School. Each winning design will be printed onto a vinyl sticker that will be given out to all students in their age category! To make a submission: If you have a printer, please use the submission form found here . If you don't have a printer, please make your drawing on a clean, white sheet of paper within a 5" by 5" square with your name and grade written on the top. For either method, submit a clean scan or pic to sherwoodcharterpac@gmail.com on or before November 19th. Would your child like to help us judge the contest?
